SMS & text messaging
We send SMS only to individuals who opt in through our Growth Call booking form at https://rushesmedia.com/#book. After you select a date and time, the Enter details step includes two separate checkboxes (unchecked by default):
- Customer care SMS — appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and follow-up related to your booking or inquiry.
- Promotional SMS (optional) — special offers, service announcements, and marketing messages. This consent is separate from customer care and is not required to book.
Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS. Our SMS program is not directed to anyone under 18.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as CRM, scheduling, email, and telecommunications tools) solely to operate our business and deliver services you request. Those providers are permitted to use information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.
As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
